INTERNAL COMMS
Fresenius Medical Care (FME) is a global healthcare company and the world's leading provider of products and services for individuals with renal diseases. With more than 10,000 employees across the globe, the need for easily digestible, high-impactful internal communications is a top priority.
Internal Comms: myHR
As part of an effort to overhaul the FME intranet, the human resources portal was reimagined to be more user friendly. It's important employees know how to contact HR and access resources, so a mini, campaign was created to inform FME employees of the changes. Because this campaign had to reach a wide audience of corporate, warehouse and clinician employees, the campaign focused on awareness and encouraged employees to visit the new HR portal.
A poster (left) and flyer (right) with more detailed information was created.

Internal Comms: International Women's Day
Fresenius Medical Care prides itself on being an inclusive company with a strong focus on diversity, equity and inclusion. One of the many ways FME shows their support for its employees is through the yearly celebration of International Women's Day. Assets were created for internal use to help support the a month-long initiative that highlighted women who have impacted the healthcare field.
The campaign included social media, a Teams background and digital banners for the FME intranet.

Internal Comms: Brand Guidelines
FME underwent a global rebrand. From color palette and fonts, to photography style and the tone/personality of brand, everything was updated. An updated brand guideline was created to ensure consistency and compliance.
Internal Comms: Social Work Navigator
Social Work Navigator is a quarterly magazine for FME social workers. Each publication features articles sharing information and insights to help FME's social workers engage with and support patients to the very best of their ability.
PATIENT COMMUNICATIONS
As the world's leading dialysis provider, there are many opportunities to create informative, and sometimes comforting materials to aide patients as they navigate their dialysis treatment.
Patient Comms: Welcome tote
Starting dialysis can be very overwhelming. To help new patients start their treatment journey off on the right step, this welcome tote contains a blanket for them to bring to treatment, as well as a welcome flyer and diary to track food, fluids and medication.
